It's been a long week. LOTS of work and endless hours at my desk. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the work I do, but I knew I needed a little something to get me through this final day of the week.
I picked this dark chocolate up from my local World Market. I was intrigued by the sheer heft of it. It felt like a bar of soap in my hand -- dense, substantial, able to transport me all the way to Belgium (however briefly). "Chocolat pour connaisseurs" the package reads-- "Chocolate for connoisseurs." Hell yes! That's me. :)
The package includes two foil-wrapped bars like the ones pictured in this post. Let's just say, it's SO good (rich, smooth, not too sweet but also not bitter...perfection). I immediately went on the hunt. I don't have time to visit World Market again. I need this delivered to my doorstep! (I work from home)
